For some reason the lighting sucked in the original comp so thats why the colours might seem a bit off! Here’s a quick video coming at you testing the 1080p camera on the HTC Jetstream. It was taken right from the tablet in 1080p and then I re rendered in 1080p to put the watermark on it. I am thoroughly impressed with the camera system on it. The HTC Jetstream is the first canadian based tablet running on Rogers 4G LTE network. Expect my full review soon. In this video I unbox my new laptop for school, a 17 inch MacBook Pro. I am going to be handling a lot of video next year and because my previous laptop was on the fritz, I decided I might as well upgrade. Specs on it: 2.3GHz Intel Quad-Core i7, 750GB SATA 5400 HD, 4GB DDR3 SDRAM (Upgraded to 8GB from Newegg), 17′ Glossy Widescreen, Upgraded to OSX Lion. I filmed this video before Lion had been released so that is why it didn’t ship with it.

In this review we take a look at the RODE Video Mic, which is a shotgun style boom microphone for external microphone purposes.

Hooray for advances in audio. Rode and ADI were nice enough to send along this review unit for me to test out. So far I am really liking what is has to offer. It gives a great quality wave. Obviously we will see the ups and downs in the full review so I won’t spoil any more!

As the iPad 2 launch or at least announcement is upon us, I wonder to myself what needs to be in the second generation of this tablet in order for me to purchase. I have compiled a list of five things I think are a MUST have in the new product. They are:

1. SD Card Slot
2. USB Reader
3. Retina Display
4. Front & Back camera (Facetime)
5. Secondary 30 pin connection to allow docking in landscape.

Those are the five things I mentioned in the video. There are some other things that I wouldn’t mind seeing and these are:

1. Mini Display and display out capability.
2. A lot lighter (weight wise)
3. I hate to say it…..FLASH
4. Wireless syncing? Apple TV can do it… (the older model)

In this video I unbox the new Canon EOS 60D. I returned the previously unboxed Nikon D3100 because in my opinion, in terms of video, Canon is far superior and it has an external mic which I would have liked. So I just exchanged it and paid the extra money for this guy! I have already picked up a Rode VideoMic and a few other accessories for it, so it should be good!
