You may not be able to read what this says, but this was the strangest error I have ever seen. I have never even heard of it before. This error was brought to me buy my oldest laptop, which is a PC (Go figure). What this error states is that Windows has failed to find the local profile and account information on this system! Like, uhm? I didn’t think it was possible to have a computer without some sort of account. I just didn’t get this one. I clicked ‘ok’ and the same window appeared again. So I figured maybe if I rebooted it would be gone. So I restarted it. It then gave me the same error as before. However this time out of frustration when I clicked okay 600 times, it logged me into my profile without even asking for a password. I noticed my background had been changed back to the Windows XP default and all my settings were restored to default, but all my files and programs were still in tact. The PC mind you has been sitting in my room idly for at least a week and a half now since I got the new Mac. What could this problem be? Any ideas? Email me @ ldimarco@dimco.ca – No its not possible someone hacked my PC. So don’t email me with that answer!
